Our kits and ingredients are put together only when an order is placed. This means that many ingredients are in the deep freeze until the very last minute. That's why our kits are fine for at least 6-8 weeks without refrigeration (Although, we do suggest all kits are refrigerated).

Kits that are shipped are packaged differently than the retail kits to cut postage costs.
