This is for those people who want to build their own cheese press but do not have the tools or want the hassle of locating a piece of 7" long, 4" dia green pvc tube.
This is a simple, yet effective cheese press. This kit includes everything except the C clamp (The shipping weight of a C clamp makes it cheaper to get one at your local Harbor Freight, Home Depot, Menards, etc.). Please read the instructions per the link below for more information before buying. This includes the end cap, tube and pressure plate. All you need to do is add an 8" C clamp.

This is not spring driven like presses that will cost 5-10 times the price. You will need to adjust it more often than more expensive presses. But it definitely does the job.
