If you can heat water you can make your own cheese. It's a great family project. Now you finally have an opportunity to make healthy cheese naturally in your home. Over the years store bought products have given up flavor for increased shelf life. Large manufacturers have sacrificed quality for cost and profits. Additives we have never heard of are added to our food. The kits come with everything you need to make cheese - All you need to add is milk. If you have access to goat milk or raw milk from a farm, that's fine. But, store bought homogenized milk works fine, too.
