Local customers can fresh, raw milk from the following producer. They are very clean, the cows are treated very humanely, and are fed mostly grass hay and grain.
Fresh, raw milk is excellent for making cheese. Farmers are only allowed to sell it as "Not for human consumption". As long as the farmer drinks it (and this one does) it should make great cheese. I always use this milk when I am testing ingredients because I know it is one variable that is perfect.
You need to bring your own container (preferably glass)

Beef, chickens and pork. They offer excellent beef, chicken on pork. In fact, I am barbequing one of their steaks as I am writing this. They will soon be offering packages that include all 3 meats.
